I can't seem to get caught up on my houses either, I try to do 2 or 3 a day, but on Rogers days off, I don't get much sewing done.  He was off the last 2 days and I did manage to get one done each of those days, so at least I didn't get further behind.  Hoping to do 2 today.  Maybe I'll be caught up by mid Feb.  Pam

Aren't these houses sooo cute and fun to make?? I showed 3 friends my houses and they want to learn how to paper piece and make houses too. Yeah!! I checked the blog site posted on the first page of this thread this morning and she has posted alot more houses different people have made. They look completely different from what I am making. THEY ARE GREAT!  Their fabrics are different from we can buy here. Very interesting... Oh almost forgot. I HAVE MADE 30 HOUSES....

Great Pam!!!! They are cute aren't they. I showed 3 neighbors my houses and they want to make them too. It's a good project to learn paper piecing.

I have 38 houses completed!! Since my houses are all dark colors, I thought I'd use wine or navy to set it up.  I'd like to find something with a very small print, or a design of some kind---I don't want a solid.  I'd love to make enough houses for a bed quilt and yes I have more than enough scraps.

Topsy are you trying to use all different fabrics or reusing them, but maybe in different places?  With all of the fabrics I have I don't think I have enough to make 366 blocks, with I think 18 pcs. per block and have them all different, that is a crazy amount of pieces.  I have 36 done now.  Pam

I only have 38 houses, I haven't made any in about a week.  I've been really busy and what time I've had to sew has gone to my swap and the Feb. contest.  I'm hoping to get back to them next week.  Pam

oh my gosh that is going to be just sooo precious and I love how you have something in all or most windows.   I hope to find a little something to put in a few of my windows.

The HOME page always shows us the LAST 4 pictures added to our gallery.   You did just fine putting it in your album.  :)

Here are her lovely houses:

Is anyone still making houses?   I think I have 38 made, but I haven't worked on them the last 2 weeks.  I'm hand quilting a queen size quilt, but when I finish--- it's back to the widdle houses.

I'll admit it.... I haven't built a widdle house in a long time.  I need to get back on track and recall why I wanted to do this project in the first place.

I'm hoping to get back on these tomorrow and try to do 2-3 a day and maybe someday I will be caught up!  I finally got my hugh 116 x 99 Road to tuscany quilt to the quilters house this morning and would like to work on my St. Patricks table runner today.  I have the shamrock blocks made, but still need to finish the rest of it.  Going to clean up my sewing room some today too and also find some more good scraps for my houses.  I have a pretty good size basket by my sewing table, but it's less than half full, so I'm going to find some more, so I won't have to be looking in the middle of my sewing tomorrow!  Pam

If you end up swapping window charms, I may have to get in on that!

I just looked at the chart and you gals have been busy!!!  I must admit I got side tracked and haven't been working on my widdles houses.  I promise  I will get back to them.  I have been cleaning for company, trying to complete a quilt I had in the frame, planting my greenhouse, and umpteen other things, so I'm behind on my sewing.  Maybe things will get back to normal and I can join in the fun with you...

Everyone's Widdle Houses are just too cute and I'm chomping at the bit to get mine started.  But, I must be good and finish 2 more UFOs before I start them.  The 2 UFOs are on the table, staring at me.  LOL

Ooohhhh Kaaaaay, I'm up for the challenge.  I completed one UFO and 4 baby quilts for the hospital last week, so let me go play in the scrap piles this AM before it gets too hot outside.....  I'll be back with Widdle House #1.  All of the Widdle Houses are just too cute.
